SCOTTO produced america's first raves called NASA in NYC in early 1992 thru 1994. THe events he produced were all... sold-out including two U.S. Tours and JAPAN, Brazil dates.
NASA was referenced in the movie "KIDS" and actress CHLOE SEVINGY was SCOTTO's coatcheck girl at NASA before her role in the underground film helped make her a famous actress. NASA influenced the scene not just musically, but with fashion and style. This classic clip demonstrates how the media portrayed raves before it was a bad word.
