Season 2, Episode 5 - Tony had just recently failed an eye test that determines whether he goes up into orbit or not and when he goes to take it again the next day, Jeannie finds out about this and tries to help him by giving him better perfect eyes. Things go afoul though when she can't master this spell thereby giving Tony x-ray vision at first and then causing him to see very blurringly.
