... we'll visit the horrifying world of "Tobo: The Happy Clown"...the intro is enough to make you question the sanity of the filmmakers folks.... and then we'll try and discover how Santa got his insidious "claus" into the world of circus shenanigans when we fly a magic carpet to "Santa's Christmas Circus"...starring Wizzo the Clown...another poster child for sleeping with the lights on.
