When my friend's XPS m1530 laptop was broken, he called Dell to have them replace it because he has the extended

... CompleteCare accident warranty. They are supposed to send him a brand new computer, but they sent him a refurbished one that won't store any new files on the hard drive and that destroys CDs and DVDs that are put into it. To show his appreciation for Dell customer service, he ran it over with his Honda Pilot.
