On the Highway at Turkey, We put the topspeed of Equinox first. But it's limited 110mph is topspeed, but he can sure faster

... (110mph,5th gear on 3300RPM) And I have a question,,, Are all american cars limited? And what can I do, I live in The Netherlands and they have only Japan Chevy not a real American..... Only what I know is that my Car is limited from the computer.
