Carmine John Persico, Jr. (born August 8, 1933 Brooklyn) also known as "Junior", "The Snake" and "Immortal", has been the Boss of the Colombo crime family since the beginning of the 1970s. Persico is currently serving life imprisonment at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Medium in North Carolina for murder and racketeering charges.
